Eastern Carib in November

Will be cruising the Eastern carib in November, was wondering how the water temps are and the air temps. I know waves come with storms, but other than storms how are the sailing and beaches for calmness.

Water temps have been fine for us swimming (USVI, Bahamas). This past cruise we swam each day in each port. We've also vacationed at Thanksgiving (and Christmas) in the USVI and water was fine.

We found great weather in the E. Carib in November.. we're going back this November. It was in the 80s during the day, and the water temperature was fairly good. We went swimming with no problem.

Went on a Southern Carrib. cruise (St. Thomas, St. John, St Kitts, St. Barts, Barbados, St. Lucia) the week of December. Water was too cold to swim except in St. Barts and Barbados (most southern islands). Virgin island water were cold and rough, compared to all my trips there in May-July. Won't go in winter again. The tours are wonderful on all eastern island itineraries, so don't have to swim if you choose not to!
