Carnival Valor/Eastern/May 22, 2005

Hi! My friend and I (both women in the 40 plus range) will be taking our 18 year olds (one is a girl and one a boy) on the Carnival Valor/Eastern for a Senior trip on May 22. We will be visiting Nassau, St. Thomas, and St. Martin/Marteen. We need suggestions on activities that the 18 years would enjoy in each port as well as the Ship. Of course the moms will be doing different activities and would also like suggestions on the best shopping, casinos, and anything for us, too!! The 18 year olds are very well rounded kids and like the most outgoing type activities/places. We welcome ANY suggestions on any and all things from activities to restaurants to fun bars/clubs, etc. Thanks so much for your help!!!!! One more thing - should we plan our excursions on our own, through our travel agent before we sail, or on the ship? Thanks
