We are interested in some exciting/pretty things to tour and/or sightsee while in Nassau, St. Thomas, and St. Martin/St. Marteen. We have been told a lot about the different beaches and where to shop, but would like to know more about other things to do while in these ports. What about fun restaurants to visit? Thanks for any and all suggestions!

I have one suggestion, The America's Cup Regatta in St. Maarten is a thrilling excursion. Its one of those that do fill up quickly, so if you are interested in it, pre-book it online before you go.
Nassau - Aquarium at Atlantis Resort. The Pirate Museum, walk around Government Center, shop the Straw Market.
St. Maarten - Butterfly Farm at Marigot. Snorkeling/Scuba Diving the wrecks, The America's Cup Regatta, Golden Eagle Catamaran Sail.
St. Thomas - Beaches are the biggest draw. There is Coral World, Paradise Point Tramway, sightseeing the island by cab. Water taxi to St.John Island - breathtaking beaches with great snorkeling.
I would look at what your ship is offering then look at either Frommer's or Fodor's port guides.
Re: Re: Sightseeing on the Eastern Caribbean Cruise
Thanks! Which places/beachers to do recommend for snorkeling in St. Thomas and St. Marteen? Do you have to book the snorkeling ahead of time or just go and sign up? Thanks again for your help!
for snorkeling in St. Maarten i would suggest booking a ships tour to Pineal Island or book a ships tour on the Golden Eagle Catamaran
for snorkeling in St. Thomas you can do it on your own over on St. John Island. Trunk Bay Beach is the most popular with its marked snorkel trail. Trunk tends to get very crowded early, there are lots of other great beaches on St. John witth really good snorkeling, try this web site for great info www.vinow.com
You can beach/snorkel on St. John and still have plenty of time to shop, that's what we do. Beach in the morning, shop in the afternoon.
