I am sure you have found some answers by now but we are on this very cruise and here are the excursions we are doing-
St Thomas : St John's beach tour
St Maartin : Divi little Bay Beach experience
Antigua: Historic forts of
St Lucia: Caribbean pirates extravaganza ( which we hear may be a little hokey, but we are going to give it a try)
Barbados: Beautiful Barbados and Colonial Plantation House.
This will be our second cruise on AOS and we love this itenerary!
We're doing the same itinerary on the Serenade next February. We did the Aruba itinerary on the Adventure and I loved it.
Here's the excursions that we're planning-
San Juan- El Yunque tour
St. Thomas- Screaming Eagle Jet Boat, Magen's Bay Beach Break, and possibly Skyride to Paradise Point if time allows
St. Maarten- America's Cup Sailing Regatta, Beach Break to Orient Bay Beach
Antigua- Stingray Swim and Snorkel
St. Lucia- Caribbean Pirates Extravaganza
Barbados- Snorkeling excursion with Shipwrecks and Turtles
Has anyone ever done any of these? Do you recommend something else?

St. Thoms - you can do on your own very easily. SO much depends upon what you want to do. IF you just want to hit the beach and do some snorkeling. then get over to St. John Island - do some homework on www.vinow.com. Shopping is very good on St. Thomas.
St.Maarten - Golden Eagle Catamaran Sail - total blast.- you sail up the coast-gorgeous - over to Tintamar Island preserve where you can swim, snorkel, lay on the beach, go for a walk- food & drink provided.
