Default Grand Turk / w. Caribbean

have a few questions:

Can anyone recommend good excursions at Grand Turk?

And where else besides Stingray city in Grand Cayman has a stingray excursion?

and the at the sandbar snorkling in Grand Cayman, are snorkles required, or optional for seeing the stingrays?

thanks

When standing on the sandbar at stingray city you definately do not need to snorkel to see rays. The water is clear and only a few feet deep. The rays will be all around you and come right to the surface for the squid they are being fed.
