Default Costa Maya

Does anyone know if Costa Maya was hit hard by Hurricane Wilma? I am taking a cruise in 2 weeks and was wondering if we will be stopping there.

Both Carnival and RCI are showing it on their websites as a substitution for Cozumel on certain itineraries, as well as a scheduled stop on others, so you should be okay.

Hi
From what I've been reading, Costa Maya will be picking up the slack until Cozumel gets back up and running. One date given was Nov. 14, and only tendering into Cozumel until the docks/piers are fully repaired and the city recovered. So-no big problems with Costa Maya at this point. Lynne
