Default stingrays - Grand Cayman

Can't decide between three offerings by Princess for the Stingray Sandbar in Grand Cayman
Island Highlights and Stingray Sandbar snorkeling
New Waves Stingray Sandbar Snorkeling (Catamaran)
New Waves Stingray Sandbar Snorkeling (Snorkel Boat)

Does anyone have any experience with the above and can you recommend one over the others?

thanks

personally, Grand Caymen is one island that you can do on your own so very easily. There are many reputable tour operators to choose from. MY personal favorite is Captain Marvin.
If however you feel more comfortable doing a ships excursion, that's just fine, read the description of the excursion, make sure you are on a small boat that goes to Sting Ray City Sandbar - that's where the rays congregate.

Here is a list of reputable excursion operators that I collected from the cruisecritic boards. We used Captain Bryan's Buccaneer and had a marvelous excursion. Check out the different types of conveyance and the different times of the excursions to help you decide if any of these are what you are looking for within your time constraints.

Have a wonderful time!

Default Nativeway was tops!

We just returned yesterday from Legend of the Seas cruise. While in GC we used Nativeways for the Rays, reef, and Rum Island tour. It was fantastic! Any questions just email. we highly recommend them.

I was in partnership on the island for 10 years. Capt. Marvin is very reliable and you can go on his cat boat. You do not need a tour of the island. The best is sting ray city and then the 7 mile beach. Capt. Marvin was berthed by Hyatt brittany and the beach is there also. Great island friendly people, but a good deal of traffic especially at rush hour.

I used Cpt Marvins and had a great time. We stopped at the sandbar first. Cpt Marvin also was willing to drop people off at 7 mile beach on the way back to the pier. OUr friends hung out at 7 mile beach then just caught a cab back to the ship. We went shopping and wished we had just stayed at the beach.
