Has anyone used Shoretrips.com??

What was your experience using shoretrips.com??????
Did everything go as planned?
What would you do differnent?
Any advice would be great

I've used shoretrip.com in Costa Rica and in Grand Cayman and everything was perfect. In Costa Rica we did the Canal Tours and there were 8 in our group and the boat we had was twice and big and totally enclosed which was great because it was pouring rain. The other boats were jammed full and totally open. In Grand Cayman we did Stingray city. They used Captain Marvin's for the excursion and again there was no problem. We were tendering from the far pier and they dropped us back off at the pier.

I had an excursion booked with them in Tortola. Unfortunately I didn't get to go though because the excursion was cancelled because the tour operators boat had been damaged and would not be repaired in time. Even though we didnt get to go, I will defintely book future excursions with them because of the thoughtful and professional manner they handled the situation.
They emailed and and phoned me personally to ensure that I was aware of the situation and they promptly credited my money to my credit card.

I used them for the dolphin swim in the Bahamas. Everything went perfectly. I would definitely use them again.

Yes, we used them to parasail. Really good, would use them again!!!
