we will be on Carnival Legend

we have heard bad things about the Island. we would love to see it but what can we do off ship with independent tours or walking

What bad things did you hear?
You can go on an independent tour if you want to. There are so many taxidrivers and touroperators and the pier, you can't miss it. We were there 3 years ago, and we skipped the beach and made a tour of the island, which was very good. Afterwards you can decide to go to the beach or walk around.
