Help, I can't decide.....

We are planning a 14 day Southern Caribbean cruise for Feb. 2007. The choices are Grand Caribbean Adventurer and Grand Caribbean Islander both on the Sea Princess.
We love snorkeling, sightseeing [especially history, flora and fauna], and a little shopping.
As I have to book my vacation soon I would like to have some honest opinions of the itineraries to help me with the decision.
1. Grand Caribbean Adventure [Ft.Lauderdale, Princess Cays, Tortola, St.Maarten, St.Kitts, St.Lucia, Barbados, St.Vincent, Trinidad, Bonaire, and Aruba].
2. Grand Caribbean Islander [Ft.Lauderdale, Princess Cays, Tortola, Antiqua, Dominica, Martinique, Barbados, Grenada, Isla Margarita, Curacao, and Montego Bay]. Thanks
