Yes. Cape Air offers frequent flights between the two islands for about $136 ruond trip. In view of your constraints on time, though, it probably would be better to have your relative meet you on St. Thomas. The air fare should be the same either way.

Norm.

Yep, I agree with Rev. Our ship left St. Thomas & we had to refuel in St. Croix. It was easily a good....2 hours at full speed I think?

I would have your relative meet you in St. Thomas. It would make it easier & you would not have to worry about getting back to the ship by 3pm because the ship won't wait for you. Then you are stucking trying to meet the ship the next day at the next island. They can easily meet you right at the gates at the dock.

Better safe than sorry.

as the others have said the best bet is for your relatives to meet you in St. Thomas. There is a ferry that goes between St.Thomas & St.Croix, but you can't make that work within your cruise time constraints. - go to www.vinow.com to see the ferry schedule.Your relatives could take the ferry over from St. Croix in the morning, spend the day with you and take the ferry back in the early evening.
