Dzul Ha vs. Pal Mar Beach in Cozumel?

We need a little info pertaining to the Dzul Ha Beach Club and the Pal Mar Beach Club...
Are they open and if so, which one would be the best?

Dzul Ha Beach Club and Pal Mar Beach Club are virtually across the street from one another, offset by a few yards. Both are adjacent to (rocky -- enter carefully for great snorkeling) Dzul Ha beach, with Pal Mar directly across the lightly traveled road.
We loved our day at Pal Mar, where there is a wonderful pool, snack bar, lockers, and snorkel equipment rental. There is an online coupon for a free snack at www.cozumelinsider.com.
