Saphire Beach St. Thomas is restroom/restaurant open yet?

While we are not sailing until April, just wondering the how Saphire Beach is doing.
Last trip we loved it, just wondering if there is a restroom yet, or restaurant/ hotel. Any updates? Thanks.

We went to Sapphire Beach in June and the restroom was open. Sapphire Beach does not attract the crowds of cruise ship passengers because they do not have a restaurant/bar. There is a small store on the beach that sells cold beverages and you can rent lounge chairs. It was a very relaxing day away from noise and crowds.
