Default charlie soto, puntarenas,Costa Rica OkeyDokey Tours

Good evening all,

A number of us are looking into a tour offered by this outfit, headed by Charlie Soto.
An 8 hour tour whose itinerary is flexible, and covers what we all want. Found him to be very good in discussion, acknwkedgement, and information.Price appears quite good.

Does anyone who has dealt with this company care to offer a reference or an opinion ??

Would be much appreciated.

Many thanks

We used Okey Dokey Tours last year for a private tour for our family of 6. We had a van with a driver and a ver delightful young woman who spoke fluent English. Our tour, as requested was only 4 hours, but covered the things which were discussed in our arrangements beforehand. Overall felt it was a good value for our $$$.

We used Charlie in November. We had a great tour. There were approx. 14 of us and Charlie was our guide. We went to Villas Lapas where two people did the zip line the rest the sky walk. The sky walk is about 2 12 hours to 3 of walking over suspension bridges and in the forest downhill. It was strenuous for most of us. A walking stick was called for and provided if you had sense enough to pick one up in the beginning. Charlie let the Villa Lapas guides take us. It was a great walk, but did not see much wild life as it was in Nov. Take water with you and insect repellent. Then we went to see crocs in a river (it was ok) and had lunch which was great. You probably can share a meal. a family of four ordered a seafood mixture for four that easily fed 8 or so. then we went behind some houses and a nursery (floral) and he called monkeys (wild) for us to feed. we then went to a store and got coffee and vanilla. overall he was a very good guide. ask him lots of ? and he answers them. he met us at the port with signs with some of our names on it and got us back way before the ship sailed, as requested. I would recommend him. deb
