Yes, many times. It's a fantastic excursion, well worth the price.

>> The catamaran picks you up right at the end of the cruise ship pier and returns to the same place, so it's totally seamless.

>> The sail along the coast of St. Thomas offers great scenery, incuding several smaller islands, as well as time for relaxation.

>> You get to swim and sunbathe at a really secluded beach that appears not to have access from land.

>> If you want to snorkel, the reef nearby draws raves from those who do.

>> The crew serves a nice buffet lunch aboard the catamaran.

>> The crew also serves your choice of beverages -- champagne, mimosas, rum punch, fruit punch, beer, or soda -- the entire time.

>> You get back in time to mail your postcards (there's a post office in the shopping area next to the pier) so they will get home before you do, as well as some shopping or, if you prefer, afternoon tea aboard ship.

Overall, this is one of the best shore excursions in the Caribbean. It's well worth the price!

Norm.

We did this last year when we sailed the Carnival Elation in April.
It was the sunset champagne catamaran sail. We had great weather, and a good time. There was free spiked punch for anyone who wasn't into the champagne.
Also, they served snack foods like pretzels and chips.
I'd say it's worth it, that was the most drunk I'd been the entire cruise...and I didn't even do it on purpose.
