Intoduction to Scuba

My wife and I will be sailing on the crown princess in April and have signed up for the "Introduction to Scuba" excursion in Bonaire. Has anyone taken this excursion and if so could you please give us some information on it. We do like to snorkel. My wife is a strong swimmer and I am so-so, Thanks, Jerry
