Dollar Taxi's St Thomas

I really need someone who knows about these dollar safari taxes in St Thomas. We have a large group 17 so regular taxi's too expensive. All we want to do is go to Coral World/ Coki Beach. I read you can take these to Sapphire beach but do they go to Coral World/Coki Beach? If they do where do we get them and any info on riding them. I know someone has to have used these. Cabs are a monopoly and expensive per person. Should have cab fare, not per person.
