ports of st thomas and st marteen

We will be porting in st thomas and st marteen, when we cruised before and went to jamaica there was a resort that would offer day passes to cruise guests to use their facilities, does anyone know of any such resorts in st thomas or st marteen and if they offer all inclusive food, drink and facility use
