in tortola...what beaches are close to the ship dock

can anyone tell what beaches are close to the dock, and are they REALLY nice beaches, and do you know how to get to these beaches
please help me I want o sit in the sun....

Cane Garden Bay and also consider a day trip to Virgin Gorda to see The Baths.
