I haven't heard of any in this port, sorry. I know there are some in Cozumel though. Have you already swam with the Sting Rays in Grand Cayman?

I was in Grand Cayman in February and the old site of the Turtle Farm was going to be turned into a place to do dolphin encouters in. Whether this is true or not, I can't say, but it was told to someone on our tour group when they ask what they were doing with the old turtle farm site. There was cirtually nothing left except the concrete/metal fencing around and pipes/water intake (which are still probably used by Boatswain Beach.

I'll be there in January, so I'll be able to see what is going on there!!!

We did the Dolphin Touch Encounter in ocho rios
If you want to swim with them make sure thats the excursion you sign up for.
The Touch encounter was nice but I would have rather paid the extra and swam with them.
A group of about 8 people walked out on to a wooden deck and the dolphin swam next to us and did some tricks. We were then allowed to hug and kiss it, individually.
