Repo Cruise 4/19 on NCL Spirit (BE Balcony Deck 9)

Hi! This is our 5th cruise, but first time with a balcony. I've read mixed reviews and wonder if anyone has been on the Spirit in a deck 9 balcony. Can people in the other balconies see you, or are they private? I know they are not the largest available, but is there enough room to lounge comfortably?

Any info much appreciated!!
