topless beach

our cruise will call princess cay , st maarten , st thomas and grand turks
in addition to st maarten where is topless allowed /tollerate ?

In St. Maarten, you can go to Orient beach, its right next to a nude beach. Any cab can take you there and there are plenty for the return trip to the pier. Its really a beautiful beach, restaurants/bars and water sports as well. Also, lounge chairs too.
