Excursions in Curacao and Cartegena

Hello,

My future husband and I are going on the Royal Caribbean Southern Caribbean Cruise on November 7, 2010. I am trying to find a tour operator to go to the mud volcano in Cartagena, Columbia. I can't find any booking information on it. Also I want to to the Culinary Delights excursion in Curacao. RC doesn't appear to be offering it for my cruise. I would like to do this but the vendor says they cannot book on their own because of the committment with RC when they are in port. My questions are:

Has anyone done the mud volcano tour in Cartagena? Has anyone done the Culinary Delights excursion in Curacao? Is there somewhere to zip line at eiither of these ports of call?
