Looking for Private Sailing in Grand Cayman

I am looking for a private sail (with a captain!) for our excursion in the Grand Cayman. I had tried to book one through GC Shore Excursions but they are all already booked. Unfortunately I already told my boys about this excursion and they were very excited about the fact that they would get to help sail if they wanted to. Any recommendations about where I might be able to book such an excursion?

You could try Port Promotions. They've arranged private excursions and tours for me in all sorts of places.

You can try Caribbean Shore Tours the Shore Excursions Guide in the Caribbean Their site has lots of tours, don't know about availability though.
