Anyone been to Carlos n Charlies beach in Cozumel?? Cozumel Water Sports website offers a brand new all inclusive package for this beach club and I wondered how the beach and water access is like and if food and service is nice? We understand there is some party atmosphere there (as we know C&C restaurant in downtown but it was always decent, so we may try the beach part this time)??
