Which snorkel trip??

We will be taking the Carnival victory cruise out of San Juan in May. My son and his friend really want to snorkel. Can anyone recommend a shore excursion where you can snorkel and it is worth it. Some of the reviews that I have read on a few of the excursions sound disappointing. It is the one excursion they really want to do. Thanks for the ideas and input.
