Lunch/Drink Spots in Phillipsburg, St. Maarten

Can anyone recommend some lunch spots on St. Maarten in Phillipsburg after a day beaching and shopping?

You can get beach and lunch/drinks at the beach by the airport. I think the area is Maho Beach.

This is the place where Sunset Beach Bar was/is under a new name. They have great food/drinks.

This is where you have the airplanes approaching the runway directly over your head. You can see videos on youtube.

Or......once on an island tour, we lunched on the French side, by the water in a delightful cafe. we were able to shop, both sides of the island, & got some Europrean flavor,and people watched.... just another option.

Trip...we'll be stopping in St Maarten at the end of the month and will be in Marigot around lunchtime. What is the name of the place you ate at?
