Default Southern Caribbean

My husband and I are sailing out of San Juan with Royal Caribbean on Adventure of the Seas on February 4, 2017 for a 7 night southern caribbean cruise. We will be in Bridgetown Barbados, Castries, St. Lucia, St. John's Antigua, Philipsburg, St. Maarten, and Basseterre St. Kitts.

We are frequent cruisers but have never taken any portion this itinerary before.

What are some must sees for this itinerary? We are thinking of Harrison's Cave in Barbados and spending an all inclusive day at Sandals Halycon in St. Lucia.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you!

We did visit Harrison's cave years ago and thought it was well worth the drive, very interesting. We also did a Sandals in St. Lucia, but I don't remember which one, I think there are two on the island. We were closest to the cruise port...but you had to take a cab there and arrange the return trip as well, they didn't have a car service for cruise passengers....It was a nice way to spend a day, they certainly welcomed the cruise passengers as well as their regular guests.

Barbados is also known for sea turtles, which u can find just off the beaches. Took a cab to beach and for $10 a small boat can take u just off the shore for snorkeling with them. BIG ones and plenty of other marine life.
St Lucia has beautiful scenery on the less populated side of island including the Pitons. Went scuba diving there and this scenery on boat ride out to marine reserve was more remarkable than the diving

We did the Sandals Grand St Lucian and thought it was great.

But St Lucia is an amazing island and very beautiful, so I would suggest doing a tour around it.
