Default Carnival Inspiration

We are booked on the Carnival Inspiration for February 2001. this is our first Carnival cruise and will be traveling with our 2 children ages 14 and 10. Any suggestions or input regardingkids programs and excursions would be appreciatied. We are still puzzled about what to do in Jamaica, we were thinking of Dr cave or cove beach. I am hoping we really enjoy the Carnival experience as the price is so reasonable compared to other ships we have sailed on. Thanks for all your input.

We were on the Inspiration this spring. Great shhip and one of the cleanest weve been on. The cruise director was first class. Camp Carnival should be great fun for the 10 year old. The teens seem to find each other and have a great time also..watch the supervision.
We were in the Eastern Caribbean on the trip. Prior trips to Ocho-Rios, Jamica
we really enjoyed the Dunn River falls climb. If they offer a tour from Montego Bay Look into it. You will need water socks or old tennies for the rocks. A must do tour..great conversation memory.
The shopping is a little intense do to the 3rd world status of the island. Some bargins can be found if you have the tenacity. We will vist again this March on the Victory.

I've been having trouble deciding on a shore excursion for Montego Bay also. The mountain valley rafting excursion sounds interesting..has anyone every done this one? (Only adults will be going on this cruise, no children if that makes a difference). The Dunns River Falls for some reason doesn't seem to "float my boat" so to speak..lol..Has anyone done both of these excursions and which would you pick?
