Default Fascination on 03/03/01. Anyone else?

Leaving on the Fascination on 03/03/01 and was wondering if anyone else was going on the same sailing? If so, i would like to hear from you.

Also, if anyone else has been on the Fascination, could you please give us some clues to what to do on the shore tours.

Hi Cruiser,
If you're interested in finding other cruisers on Fascination for 3-03-01, try the "meet on board" here at cruisemates. Its still a little early for many posts, but why not be one of the firsts?

You can get the tour descriptions from www.carnival.com
Fun On Line....Destination.....Shore Tours
St. Maarten....shopping for Jewelry ..go to Kays Fine Jewelry and ask for
Sam or Archie the owners. They will bargin ...best price that I have found, especially on Gold $8.50 to $10 per gram. Great prices on Omega's and slides.
Many from here stop there just for jewelry and to bargin. Barbados has the best pary tour we have been on in seven cruises. That is the Jolly Roger....To get on you have to sign up as soon as you get on board the Fasination one of the most popular tours in the Caribbean.
Barbados is the home of RUM...
151 to 154 proof

Jolly Roger Party Tour
Price per person: $29.00 - $38.00 with snorkel gear
(4 hours) Escape to the clear blue waters of the Caribbean for a fun party cruise on an authentic wooden schooner, complete with cannons, muskets and historical memorabilia. For great snorkeling, you will have the chance to see an old shipwreck. Dance to the rhythms of the music while cruising along the beaches of Barbados and drinking the free-flowing world famous rum punch.

More please ask..........

The beaches are toppless and some are completly nnude..especially the French side.
The address for Kays Jewelry in ST. Maarten
is 65 A Front Street...just a short walk from the pier where the tender brings you in. Great tour is the

Golden Eagle Catamaran
Price per person: $50.00
(3 1/2 hours) Sail to the island of Tintamar aboard the 76' Golden Eagle, a new state of the art, wing mast catamaran. Count the flying fish or watch dolphin while enjoying the thrill of sailing up to 30 knots in the sparkling waters. Stop for a swim in a quiet cove, snorkel in the crystal clear waters, bob around on a beach float or just relax on a fabulous pink sandy beach. Floats and snorkel gear are provided. Homeward bound, we set sail listening to music while enjoying an open bar and snacks.

St. Maarten is under some heat from the cruise companies to clean up their act. Some have already pulled out.
TIP:
Remember the large Milk Bone dog biscuts for snorkling to attract fish.
