Default Carnival Tours at San Juan

I am scheduled to go on the Victory in March, and notice that the ship arrives in port at 6:00PM, and leaves that night at 2:00 AM. This doesn't give much time to tour San Juan - is this unusual for a ship to do this?

Yes ...seems a little strange. There isn't any time for daytime tours..such as the rain forest or the old fort/wall area, Old San Juan shopping. We were there at night years ago under the same circumstances and what you get for tours ends up being the casino/show thing. Since then we have been there 4 timesone to two days ahead of time, but to catch a cruise. We will be on the Victory(Miami) in March but opted for the Western itinerary. (8th Cruise)
I will attempt to get whats available and get back to you.
