Default Wild Thing

Has anyone done the shore excursion in St.Thomas called the Wild Thing? We want to go snorkling and this looks like it would be fun! the rum punch sounds good ,too!

We were on this tour in March this year on the Inspiration
We had a great time. The boat goes completly around the island stopping at Meggans Bay for beach and swim.
A better tour for Snorkeling is the Trunk Bay tour to Saint Johns lots of fish.
Take a Milk Bone Dog Biscut with you for attracting fish whil snorkeling.

The tour may also go to St Johns ...if so this will cancel what I said about it originally. For us it did not.

Hi Mike,
We did the "wild thing" this past March and were lucky, they took us to Trunk Bay, only stop that day and it was beautiful. They did tell us they usually go to Buck Island and another stop, but for some reason we were able to go to St. Johns, so glad we did. Attached is a pic of the "wild thing" while we were at
Trunk Bay. Its really a fun beach, snorkeling day, with plenty of rum punchs flowing on the way back.

When I did the Wild Thing tour in 1998, it took us to Buck Island for an hour of snorkeling followed by a 1-hour stop at Honeymoon Beach on St. John for swimming. Onboard, they served rum punch, snacks and played good, but loud music. Lots of Jimmy Buffett, rock and roll, and the obligatory Macarena. Overall, it was a lot of fun.
