This will be our first cruise. We are a family of four (Kids are 18 & 14 ). Any suggestions on which cruise would be best suited for us. This is our daughter's senior year and probably the last trip the family takes together.
I'd suggest either Carnival or Royal Caribbean for a spring break cruise. There will be plenty of other teens aboard then too. Have you decided where you want to cruise? Once you decide that, start checking out the different ships that go to the ports you're all interested in. Possibly the eastern or western Caribbean would be a good choice for the first time and you'd by leaving out of Florida, so that helps with the air costs.
Once you narrow the choice down to a few ships, you may want to post here on the "bargain Finder" and get some prices, its easy and no hassle. Travel agents will then e-mail you with some prices according to the information you provided.
Be sure to include the city you are leaving out of, if you want them to include any air charges. Have fun with the hunt.
We looked at a lot of different cruisese and decided on the Ecstasy for Spring Break this year. You can't beat the price and we liked the Western Carribean itinerary. We are also a family of 4 (two girls ages 14 and 6). We are sailing on March 19,2001.
