How Big are the Balconies?

My boyfriend and I will be sailing on the Triumph on 5/5 - (can't wait!). I've sailed twice before on smaller Carnival ships (the Holiday and Paradise)(this is his first cruise)I just secretly upgraded our room as a surprise for him from a Cat. 8 room with a balcony to Cat 11, a suite with a larger balcony. Has anyone had a Cat. 11 suite they could describe for me? How big IS the balcony? Thanks in advance.

they are half again as large as a cat 8 You will love the dressing area and the bath tub with jets.

Jill, we just went on the Victory 4/1/01 and were upgraded from an 8D cat to an 11. We loved the suite. It felt as if we were in a hotel room. As someone else mentioned the separate dressing area was great, we are a family of 4 and it gave us space to use when someone else was showering. The balcony was great, on a cat 8 you have the width of a window and door, the suite adds another window, I would say it was about 12 feet in width, really nice. Hope you have a great time and I'm sure your boyfriend will love it.

It means 1 and a half of a cat 8A.
