Cruising with Teen..Please Help!

We are booked to sail during Thanksgiving on the Triumph..Could any other parents that have traveled give me any advice on if this ship is good for teen or would you recommend another ship...Have seen some good reviews about Celebrity...Thanks all!

Although we weren't on the Triumph we ended up on the Destiny it was a toss up between the two and we were assured that either of the ships were terrific for teens (we had three with us 14, 16, 19). There is usually a teen meet the first day (usually for the younger teens) or what our teens did is just introduce themselves to kids on the beach (the Carnival towel is a good give away), on the pool deck and at the disco. It was the best trip we ever had with our teens.

Cindy, we did that cruise last Thanksgiving with two teenage boys. They had a blast! I have never seen so many teens, and they all hung together. They still email each other. The only thing is, that week is more of a family-type cruse and things seem to be geared accordingly. The deck party was the mildest, smallest one I have ever seen on a Carnival ship. It was truly much more of a family cruise and not a party ship that week!
