Default FORMAL NIGHT DRESS

I plan on taking a newly purchased double brested, dark olive green business suit to wear on the one formal night. Will this be suitable enough? I feel out of place in a tux other than a wedding!

Your new suit sounds very nice. I am sure you have a nice new shirt and tie to go with it. You will look great. Have fun!
