Tips for Triumph Sept 8- West Caribbean?

We would love to hear any suggestions, tips or recommendations for our upcoming western Caribbean cruise. Did you find any shore activities worthwhile-or not? Restaurant recommendations, shoping and sightseeing tips?

There are quite a few of us that will be on the Triumph Sept.8. We've been posting on cruise critics. You may want to check that board out, and add your name to the list.

I would love to get info and receive tips as well for the Triumph Western Caribbean. We are leaving on September 22nd. We plan on swimming with the Sting Rays in Grand Cayman and also climbing the Dunns River Falls. Are there any other suggestions?
