WILL WE ALLOW THIS TO CHANGE OUR VACATION PLANS???

I POSTED A MESSAGE TO SEE IF I SHOULD GO ON MY TRIP ON OCT 15TH,AND TO SEE WHAT OTHERS ARE PLANNING....IF YOU HAVE A CRUISE BOOKED WHEN IS YOUR TRIP SCHEDULED FOR AND ARE YOU STILL GOING???MANY HAVE SAID WE HAVE TO TRY TO RESUME BACK TO OUR NORMAL LIVES,BUT DO WE LET FEAR OVER COME THAT?IF YOU WILL NOT LET THIS ACT OF TERROR WIN,THEN LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT YOU ARE STILL GOING....
I AM GOING ON MY VACATION ..OCT 15TH IMAGINATION!!

We had planned to Test our Sanity next week on the Triumph, however after the complete INSANITY of the events on 9/11/01, we will now be cruising FOR OUR SANITY!!!!!!!

Danielle, we are leaving Monday, 09/17 on Majesty of the Seas. However, I had posted similar post on the RCI section of the board. I was unsure if we should go. But we are going, we are driving from NC and are planning to go and rest and have fun. This last week has been a long stressful week for the entire nation. I have cried and prayed and just feel like I need break. Look forward to your vaction, pray for those that are suffering and be proud to be an American.

Life goes on, work goes on, the bills keep coming, an as long as ships are sailing, I am going to be on as many as possible! haha. Enjoy your trip. Be safe!

I am also going to be going on the "Test your Sanity Cruise" on the Triumph Sept. 21. The only thing that will prevent me from going is the airlines canceling my flight. I live in Seattle and driving or taking a train to Miami is out of the realm of possibility.

I am determined to not let the terrorists take control of my life. This may be the last chance I get to take a vacation as things in the neat future may be vary different from life as we know it. I really need the break from reality now more than ever. Those lost and missing will be near my heart and in my thoughts as I am on my trip...but I will not let the terrorist take control.

We are leaving 10/14/01 on the Inspiration. We will not let some creap who has verry little time to live mess with us!! While we are having a good vacation, he will be worrying about his short life, or will already met his demise.

Bob.. well put. I am hoping the civilized world overcomes their fears quickly. Accepting and getting locked into a "bunker mentality" gives these madmen a far greater victory than the devastation they have already reaked.

I'm dependant on the airlines getting there.. more difficult coming from Canada. So far, there have very few international flights allowed in.... BUT, if they can me to Florida, I'll certainly be on the ship, and look forward to meeting you and Karen and the others.

We decided today that we were going to go ahead with our cruise on the Inspiration on 11/25. It was a tough decision.

I have a group made up of family and friends going on the Sensation on Oct,21st, 34 more days from today. We didn't know what to do..We all decided that we are all going.. Our thougts and prayers will be with all who has beem hit by this terrible act of terrisom..

I will be sailing with a group of 23 on the Celebration out of Galveston on Sept.29th. Our prayers will contnue to be with those suffering.
Received my documents today and looking forward to this cruise. We have had our trip planned since Feb..

Dear Danielle,
I have been on many cruises and they are the best thing that you could do for a
vacation. I would definiely go on this trip and have a great time. You never
know where you could get hurt in this day and age. You can't be scared to go
because the people that were killed might have waited for a vacation and now
they are dead with no vacation because they waited. God Bless and have a
great trip.
