Default Shore excursions

Our family will cruise in December on Triumph. Youngest child 8. Wondered about bike ride excursion in Ochos Rios to Dunn River Fallls. Has anyone done this and what did you think. The Carnival instructions say 12 and up so we would likely leave the younger one with camp carnival if those age restrictions remain. Also any info on shore excursions on the Western Carribean route? Also this is a New Year's Cruise. Any suggestions on the New Year
Celebration? That night we are in Cozumel until MN. Thanks for any help!

Hi Missy,
Just make sure you snorkel with the Sting Rays in Grand Cayman, its awesome and not to be missed. Have fun and Happy New Year. We too will be cruising over New Years, have never vacationed during a major holiday and I am looking forward to it, have fun.

I totally recommend Dunn's River Falls, it's beautiful! We just went there last week. We took our 4 year old and she even enjoyed it. We didn't take a bike ride, though. Don't think a bike ride would be very safe....they drive crazy in Jamaica!

Thank you for the info. Can small children swim the stingrays.? We have added to our group and our youngest traveling child is 3. We also have 16, and 8 year old with 5 adults. I have heard great things about the stingrays. Also researching options in cozumel and there seems to be Many! For Carnival excursions, what would you suggest fiesta party boat vs passion island vs.playa sol vs. chankanaab, which doesn't seem to be part of the carnival excursions. They all sound like fun, but for a group with various ages we need a variety of activities for as well as food and drinks.
