Is there anyone out there who is fuming over how we were treated by Carnival on 9/12/01. Have you received any refund, compensation or any kind words from Carnival? Please e-mail me at email@example.com
We were also on the 9-12 Alaska Cruise. I have written but have had no
response from Carnival. Another couple did hear back they offered them
a 10% discount on another cruise. WOW
We felt the staff on board did well and we had good service from them.
However we were left stranded in the parking garage with no hotel, and no
rep from Carnival, had elderly traveling with us. We felt abandoned in a foriegn country, with no communication as to when we could board, and when we did it was never correct.
I would choose another cruise line, if we decided to cruise again.
