I'm living in Hampton, Ga which is just south of Atlanta. It is sunny but chilly today, about 45 right now. We are supposed to get sleet/snow on wednesday.
We are from Ossining, New York. It is 28 miles north of New York City. We have the best of both worlds. Suburban living and a trip to New York is only 45 minutes away.
Right now it is sunny but cold (about 40 degrees).
We are leaving on Valentines day to go to Orlando for a few days and then on to Tampa and the Sensations Western Carribean.
Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HI, WE ARE FROM CENTRAL WISCONSIN. VERY COLD TODAY. 20 DEGREES.....WINDY.. BUT THE SUN IS SHINING! WE LEAVE ON THE INSPIRATION APRIL 28,2002.. CAN'T WAIT. WE LOVE TO CRUISE!
we're in florida, just outside tampa. the weather here at the moment is cool at night, warm during the days. has been real warm the last couple of days. we leave on the Pride April 6th........can't wait
From St. Paul, Minnesota. It is cold here today. Only in the teens. We have had a great Winter. Can't complain at all. Wish all of the winters were like this one. We don't have much snow at all. The snow lovers are hating it. They want more snow. Going on Triumph, March 9th.
I live in Deltona, Florida, which is about 20 miles south of Daytona Beach. Last week, the highs were in the low 80's, but on Saturday a cold front came through, and now the highs are ONLY around 70. We are spoiled rotten, I guess!
Hi! I live in the beautiful San Francisco Bay area, 45 miles east of the City by the Bay. It is bright and sunny here with a temp of 70ish. A little cold for us in these parts. We are departing on March 22, 2002 for Miami to board the VICTORY on the 24th.
Hi, Kathi here, I'm in Alabama, weird weather here. It was in the low 80's last week, and now we are in the low to mid 50's. No wonder everyone around here has the sniffles. We will be on the Inspiration, on April 28, also... It will be me,(31, will turn 32 on the ship) and hubby, 36. Let me know if you would like to meet for dinner or a drink. I'm just glad to finally find someone else on the same ship, lol.
Hello from St. Joseph, MO! We had 10 inches of snow a few days ago from a storm that came and stayed for 3 days! About half of it has melted from sunny days. Poor Kansas City, 55 miles to the south west, was hit with very thick ice, lots of people still without power!
Thinking about our next cruise keeps me going during the winter!!
Pride 8/24/02!
I'm from Lafayette Hill, Penna. It's about 25 minutes from downtown Philadelphia. Today it's cold, right now 20 degrees, but last week we were breaking heat records!
Perth, Western Australia. It is VERY hot and humid down here at the moment. We have a severe tropical cyclone up north of us and it is making it very very sticky down here.
I'm from sunny Chuluota, Florida. The weather changes from day to day. It has been beautiful sunny weather in the 70's to 80's. It just got down to the 40's at night and up to the 70's during the day.
Hey everyone, another Floridian here from the Nations Oldest City, St Augustine! Wonderful place where I get to laugh at the tourists like they laugh at us while cruising. <G> Love cruising and being so close to the major ports allows us to cruie more than most as we don't have those terrible airfares to worry about. Hope to meet many of you cruising someday, if not than at least drop by the chatroom during the evenings and say hello to lots of other cruise addicted people! Great fun.

Hi from Victoria B.C. Canada!
It`s 8:40 am here right now 40 degrees and cloudy, rain expected later but I`m gonna try to squeeze in 9 holes of golf this morning, (It`s my day off). We cruise on The Paradise in May for 10 days!
Checking in from Kansas City, Missouri. Finally got the power back on after 3 days without due to the ice storm. Ice on the trees and powerlines was 3/4" to 1" thick. Neighborhoods around here look like war zones with all the tree limbs down. When you go outside you can almost always hear chainsaws going somewhere.
Another Floridian here by way of K.C. We remember the terrible ice storms of that area although they were usually around Thanksgiving. One year, '84 I think, my neighbor was without power for over 3 weeks! He sold the house and never returned. Winters do not have to be cold. Although I do miss scraping ice off the windshield, driving 20 minutes to work before the car warmed up, and dressing warmly just to retrieve the morning paper..............NOT!!!!
Checking in from North Carolina...it's in the forties at the moment, and looking for snow flurries tomorrow night. What I wouldn't give to be on a ship.......but that's later this year......rebeljohn
Hey Robocop, We live on the eastern shore of Maryland where the weather last week was in the 70's and this week it's in the 40's.
They always say if you don't like the weather here give it 5 minutes
and it will change.I agree with you about St. Augustine. We're
about 10 to 11 hour drive away and last 3 trips to Fla. we drove
and spent 1st night there. Will be on Pride Mar.9-16 and in town
on 8th. What's a nice inexpencive place to eat?
Coming to you from Virginia Beach Virginia, although I am originally from Elmira NY and hubby is from Emlenton PA. Military life brought us to VA many years ago.
Mid 40's here now. Looking forward to the PRIDE on April 6th!!!
I'm from Newport News Virginia. Hey littlelee, we're almost neighbors. It's cold here now, guess cause it's 11:30 at night. Wasn't to bad today, around 50 I guess. Suppose to rain tomorrow.
Cruising out of Norfolk Va October 6-12 on Triumph.
