You might want to re-think however, not at least doing some snorkeling! The water in the Caribbean is so beautiful and warm and there are so many beautiful fish to see at shallow depths that you would really be missing out on something.
Either way, enjoy your cruise. My husband & I have been on the Paradise & it's one of the most beautiful ships we've ever seen, not to mention the bonus of being a 100% non-smoking ship. We will be crusing again on her later this year.
Hi, we will be on the same cruise. We will have my two daughters with us this time. Their first cruise and my first on Carnival. We all scuba dive and thats what we plan to do at every stop. You might want to reconsider and do some snorkling. Cozumel and Grand Cayman are two of the best diving/snorkling sites in the world.
Thanks for responding. It is my husband who is pretty much afraid of the water..... Last time we went on a cruise I did snorkle and loved it. I might venture out again, but hate to go by myself. I am sure we will enjoy the sites even if we don't get under the water a whole lot.
Yes you will! There is a lot to do at every stop. We have been to all the ports of call already, but are taking my daughters this time so they can do some diving. One 12 and one 17 year old should enjoy their first open water ocean dive for sure!
