Default Cabin Sizes on Victory cat 8A &gen. info

Lots of questions here....Has anyone been on the Victory cat 8A with a balcony? What is it like? Is there tiny chairs on it? What are the rooms like? size, decor. Do you hear any outside noise from inside the cabin room?
This will be my first time ever with a cabin with a balcony
What is the ship like?. Is the casino big?
If you miss the dining room time for early seating do they let you go to the late one ever? If you miss where else can you eat on the ship and is it decent?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. Haven't been on a cruise for 16 yrs. I am very excited. Need it BAD!!!!

Hi Cameo,
Wow, think its about time you get another cruise in. If you go to <http://www.mytravelco.com> and get into the "cruise" section, and then the 360 tour, they should have a pic of that catagory cabin. I think you will really enjoy cruising with a balcony, it makes the whole expierence that much better, enjoy it.

WOW you need a cruise! Victory is a great ship, 3 football fields long. You will not be dissappointed. THe casino is a good size with slots and gambling tables. The balcony in 8A is 40 sq ft and the room is approx. 185 sq which i believe is about 12X15 good size. I was in Cat 4B inside on the Victory last year and it slept 3 comfortable. I am on the sister ship this year Truimph cat 8C ..same size as 8A with 4 people. Dont worry be happy it is really a great new ship. Check with your travel agent they just had a 30 yr Anniversary with carnival and they are upgrading cabins...see if you can get 8B or 8C. Enjoy! Portions are small in the dining room so order 2 if you are a big eater. On the Lido deck is a cafeteria style eatery, pizza, chinese and a sandwich bar area. You have free room service just a tip and heck if you are still hungry there is the midnight buffet. The deck chairs are good and sturdy for larger people, there are jacuzzis which you seem to need badly, lol..Avoid the massages they are expensive unless you want to pay 89.00 plus. I suggest your first stop be one of the 18 bars on board, lol. Relax your going to have a blast!
