May be stupid question, but does anyone know of any line that cruises from Florida to Texas? I need to visit family out there and thought it would be nice to cruise out of Florida to maybe Galveston or Texas port. Probably not but thought I'd ask. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
The PSA, (Passenger Services Act), effectively stops you from traveling from one US port to another one way. You can only do that on a US built ship registered in the USA. After the demise of AHC the only ones left is the American Costal Voyages and they do just the Eastern Seaboard AFAIK. Also the Delta Queen is still sailing but by special circumstances.
