Default Fishing in St. Thomas (Victory)

Hi,
We are going on the Victory to St. Thomas week of May 5th. Just wondering if anyone has gone out deep sea fishing in St. Thomas? Do you think the cabin stewart would make us lunch for the trip or should we pick it up in St. Thomas? The fishing boat will provide beer and soda. We chartered the Bluefin II out of Red Hook.
Thanks
