Default Need room #

We tried to go on the Spirit -Sept 11th Alaska cruise last year ( you all know what happened ) We had confirmed rooms and their Numbers last year but this year when we got our papers it just says confirmed in the room space. Can anyone tell me how I can find out if they have got a room assigned to us yet? Time is getting short and I am getting nervous.

1-800-Carnival should do the trick. If you've got one assigned, they should know.

Did you use a TA? The TA should contact Carnival right away with your assigned cabin numbers and find out what is up. If you purchased an assigned cabin, that is what you should get. I had this happen to us on a "group cruise". There was a "computer" glitch on someone's part, and we lost our assignment. I was very persistent and finally got an acceptable assignment. They didn't want to budge, but I had written proof and stuct to my contract.
Good Luck.

kYou TA gets good money when booking cruises and they should be there for every question and give you all the acruise info you need. I do know if booking are not done in advance, they do say your booking is comfirmed but they don,t assign rooms until 72 days before the cruise because that is when booking agents has to give all rooms back to cruiseline that are not booked. By now Carnival or your TA needs to get a room assingment. I found out that TA don,t worry to much after they get their money.
