8C Category Sq footage?? Conquest

Hi all..
I have a question.
Im booked on the Conquestfor December. I have booked a 8C with a balcony. I keep checking a website that tells me the square footage of all the cabins on all the decks. My level (Verandah) for my room says its 246 sq ft. But the other balcony cabins on other floors say that they are 225 sq ft..? Does anyone know why mine is bigger..???

I believe those square footages include the balcony, and your some cabins in your category have a larger balcony. Do you have one of the aft balconies?

There are two kinds of balconies. Standard and extended. Yours must be the extended.

I have an "8C" on the "Spirit" in April and yes, it is an extended balcony. I usually reserve them on "RCI" since the aft view is very nice and relaxing (SHHH, it's a secret) but am looking forward to trying a king size bed and larger room on Carnival.
