Default rates

Just got word today from our TA that Carnival is refunding us $134 per cabin because they're rates dropped for the 11/02 sailing of the Pride. What a nice way to start the week! This after we found out last week we had been upgraded from an 8A to an 8I!!
45 days and counting!
