Looks like Carnival is the latest victim. 211 people from Facination sick. I guess the only common factor would be the area they are cruising. So I guess we should stay away from Florida, and the Carribean for a while.

Well, actually not true. A number of ships were affected that went to Alaska this year and someone said something about a cruise to Mexico from Calif that had passengers affected. Let's face it, NLV is very common, (only the common cold is more common), and it is the current "flavor of the month" for the newsmedia. Is it happening, sure, but not as bad as it sounds in the press and they are including lots of folks that probably are suffering from sea-sickness, heartburn, overeating, and you name it now. I'll bet many actually get this illness in the airport and on the flight to the cruise.
