Picking out a Cabin on the "legend" class ships

Hello Cruisers,

I need help picking out a cabin catagory for the "pride,spirit or legend class" ships. I will be traveling with 3 other buddies so I need a cabin that can sleep four. I don't want to pay for a suite, but I was wondering what other people have picked when traveling with four people. It was hard looking at the brochure to see what was available.

We booked a category 8 something balcony on the Pride for June 14,2003. I think ours has an extended balcony. All the rooms we've had on Carnival ships have had plenty of room. have fun

I too suggest a Cat. 8 or better. Get a brochure in hand and look at the categories that have stripes. Those have larger balconies. This may seem unimportant to non-sun worshipers. However, when 3 are in the room, it will be more roomy if some relax on the balcony. It is worth the extra space. There are two large "drawers" for storage also in the Sofa Bed. Don't pick a cabin near the disco or just below the lido buffet.
